What devices are supported?

Any modern desktop or laptop browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox). A webcam and microphone are required for the Speaking session. Mobile and tablet are not supported for exam delivery.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your mock date. Within 24 hours, you can reschedule once at no cost. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Academic or General Training?

Academic is required for university admission, professional registration, and certain visas. General Training is for secondary education, work experience, and migration. Listening and Speaking are identical; Reading and Writing differ.
